Can Bouncy Castle's be hired outside on a hard surface
Only if it is SAFE to do so we do have some mat's that we can use with sandbag's but some of our inflatables will need to be secured to the ground outside using metal pegs.
How long do we have the bouncy castle for?
For outdoor bookings we deliver in the morning between 9.00 am and 12 and collect between 4.00pm to 7.00pm.

Do you have insurance for your hired bouncy castles?
Yes, we have public liability insurance upto £5 million pound.
Is your electrical equipment PAT tested?
Yes all our equipment tested on yearly basis
Can we collect our bouncy castle?
No Sorry, our insurance requires we set up each and every bouncy castle.
Do your bouncy castles have rain covers?
Yes, most of our bouncy castles have shower covers.
Can I Cancel my bouncy castle hire booking
You can cancel at anytime free of charge up to 48 hours before your booked date. Please note a £20 late cancellation charge is charged after and full payment on the day.
What if my garden is on a slope?
This depends on the slope,YES If its is just a small gradient..
Can I hire overnight?
YES Of course, as long as it's a secure garden or other area. A small charge applies.

Wet Weather Policy

If you decide that you want to cancel due to bad weather, that’s understandable. If the weather is borderline we would contact you to ask what your wishes are for booking but if we do deliver the inflatable and there is no rain at time of delivery payment is still due on delivery. The key factor in the final decision is safety as a wet inflatable is also very much more slippery and obviously the risk of accidents then increases. Most inflatables have built in shower covers. However if the rain is heavy and persistent, for safety reasons we will advise you not to go ahead with the booking. There will be no cost to yourselves in the event of cancellation due to adverse weather.
